Ink

Time for ink. And if one is going to play with ink, one of course should look to the societies that perfected it, Asian cultures.

I found a really cool book on Korean ink drawings. This birdy was in it, or rather a better looking birdy was in it that I tried to duplicate. I have a lot of trouble controlling the ink, but I think the results aren't too bad. After playing here, and in a couple of in-class assignments, I think I'm going to get some smaller brushes and see if that helps me at all. Ink is fun, and I really like the results it can give. It's just harder to use.
